Where We Ship

Orders ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping Rate

Priority Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 on every product. Oliver Bakos does not run a free-shipping threshold or a free-shipping promotion.

Handling Time

Handling time is the time spent reviewing the order, preparing it, and handing it to a carrier. It is separate from transit. Most orders are handled in 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern start handling on the next business day.

Transit Time

After the order ships, standard U.S. transit is estimated at 5-10 business days, Monday through Friday.

Total Delivery Time

Handling and transit together are typically 6-13 business days from the order to delivery.

Those windows are estimates. Carrier volume, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control can move the delivery date.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking goes to the checkout email. The carrier scan can take 24-72 hours to appear after the package is received.

Address Accuracy

Check the shipping address before you place the order. An incomplete or incorrect address can delay the shipment or stop it from going out.
