Overview

These Terms are the rules for using the Oliver Bakos website, shopping in the store, and using customer support. "We", "us", and "our" mean Oliver Bakos. Visiting the site, placing an order, or using store services means you agree to these Terms and to the policies they point to, including the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

Prices, Taxes, Shipping, And Delivery

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. Unless a page says otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, duties, customs charges, or other fees. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, a wrong address, weather, or events outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The website, branding, text, graphics, images, video, audio, design, and related store content are owned by Oliver Bakos, its licensors, Shopify, or other rights holders. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, change, distribute, or misuse store content without permission.

Relationship With Shopify

Oliver Bakos uses Shopify to run the store. Sales are made with Oliver Bakos. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for the sale, or for injury, damage, or loss related to products bought from us.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the store is handled under the Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy. Shopify may also process certain information under Shopify's own privacy policy.

Feedback And User Submissions

If you send ideas, reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use that feedback for any lawful business purpose. You are responsible for making sure a submission is accurate, lawful, and does not violate someone else's rights.

Prohibited Uses And Automated Agents

You may not use the store for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, scraping, spam, malware, or security-bypass activity. Automated or semi-automated agents have to identify themselves truthfully, may not evade controls, and must stop when asked.

General Terms

If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest stay in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of operating the business. These Terms are governed by the federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where Oliver Bakos is headquartered, unless applicable law requires something else.
